2010 Year-End Giving Brochures and Multichannel Marketing Materials

The question this year may not be whether you can afford to share year-end gift planning information with your donors—the question may be “can you afford NOT to do so?”

You may wish to consider using one or more of Sharpe’s popular year-end brochures to inform, educate, and motivate donors to give as generously as possible during the all-important final months of the year.

The copy for 2010 has been carefully written to address donors’ natural concerns and offer ideas that can help them decide the best property to give—and how to time their gifts for maximum tax savings and other benefits.

These materials are designed to be used in a number of ways. For example, they might be included as a “P.S. enclosure” with a regularly scheduled fund-raising communication, or as the centerpiece of a special appeal. They can also be a welcome addition to pledge reminders and acknowledgment packages, placed in literature racks, or distributed in packets of information at special events this fall.

In addition to your brochures, you will also receive the Sharpe year-end marketing bundle—including year-end cover letter copy, Web/article copy, and suggested reply card language.
